I have ordered stuff from CCT and Je551.com, and both has provided excellent and are very quick with their response. Like you explain, if certain goods are out of stock, they will actually enquire whether we want to wait for stock or we want separate stocks. In one occasion je551.com didnt even charged for the 2nd shipment. I cannot comment on the material, but at least they didn't come with stains or torn!!

Hope more people read reviews first before they took the plunge to get their stocks from this certain irresponsible supplier

I just had a horrible experience with these sellers after a string of barely acceptable shipments. I want to share it because unlike you girls, my bad experience showed up when I didn't expect it. This just goes to show that there is nothing stopping these people from abusing their customers. I was a regular customer. I would order from them about once per month because I have a store that I would offer a few of their items in. I always had to be careful with what I would order from them and just stick to what items I knew they could do right (out of many that they botch up).

I have ordered from carlvinoparis.com and cctfashion.com. These two have the best quality when compared to wholesale-dress/net and the best service. W-D.NET will send you stuff that is about 30-50% just barely acceptable, and the rest will be fine. I would regularly send in photos of my stuff for merchandise credit. What makes W-D.net different is that they make you copy a form from their website and then past it into an email. Then, you have to email it to the aftersale dept after filling out several lines, some which require you to go back and forth from the website, getting info. Once you do this, you upload the photos and they are supposed to get back to you. This is so much more hassle than the other two sites that I just mentioned. I just reply to a message that carlvin or cct sent me saying what order it's from and what item number it is and the cost of the item with the photo. The next thing they do is give me a credit or refund. Carlvinoparis.com gives refunds, I have never asked CCTfashion.com for a refund because I am a regular customer. I just get store credit. Also, CCT will not rip you off on the shipping because they have on several occasions sent me a refund of the excess shipping price after they have sent it out. When I get refunds from carlvinoparis, they will refund the shipping cost for that one item as well as the cost of the item if they had to withhold it from the shipment because it wasn't good enough quality to send.

Anyway, the last order I made with W-D.net will be the last. They ripped me off for about 50 dollars worth of stuff that was stained, not sewn correctly and coming apart. I had to manually fix others. I had sent in a claim for 5 items. They didnt reply. I sent it again a day later, still no reply. I spoke to the online rep on the website who said she would ask them to look into it. The next day I got a message that they would not take responsiblilty for the damages, claiming that it was not their fault. I was shocked. Before that, I had about 3 items that were coming apart or stained and they just gave me a merch credit for 70% of it! I will never bother with this site again. They are truly in it for themselves and don't give a crap about keeping you as a customer or helping you with your issues when you need it the most.

furthermore, what you see is half the time, not what you get. The photos look much better than the stuff you get and the quality is always sub-par when you compare to other chinese sellers. CCTfashion and carlvinoparis are the only ones I will trust from now on and I am so done with wholesale-dress.net.

Did you know that you can actually go the website and post comments on the item listings saying how horrible they are? I haven't checked to see what they did with my comments, but i was able to make several of them. You should try it. Hopefully we can help them put themselves out of business. Its clear that they offer sub-par items and service. Watch out or any reviews that are good for this site because they now know about the blog and may try to post things about themselves.

  6. omg...i just placed an order from them yesterday and i saw my order is still being prepared. i asked a representative and they told me it will take 3-5 business days to prepare it after receiving the payment then they will ship it. their price is very cheap but the service is very slow. and i agree shipping is expensive...oh boy...im too late reading this blog. i was just so excited...=S

  9. Hey just for those looking to shop here. I have to say I didn't look up reviews because they were endorsed through paypal. which is something I'd NEVER do. I freaked out. I talked to the company and they said they could do a refund if I didn't like my stuff. All my stuff came. Every last item. and What wasn't in-stock 2 things I received credit for. The product of course isn't top notch material however, for the price. Let's be honest. It's amazing. I bought a second shipment of 31 items. All of which I am very pleased with. I am sorry you all had bad experiences.

    I hope that my experience will help buyers out there. The company isn't so bad. I would definitely buy for them despite the dumbly high shipping charges.

  23. really a disaster, ordered 2 months ago, bad quality items, waste of money and time. They send me dress with hole and bad sewed dresses, ordered black dress and sent me brown one. I've just received a refund for the out of stocks items i've paid, 8days ago emailed them through their website ,applying for refund for my remaining money, no response until i filed a dispute at paypal, deferred status (more than 45 days after the transaction), and quickly they refunded. A very tiring transaction, promise not to buy from them again. Sorry for the bad english.

  24. they asked us to fix the problem ourselves and only willing to refund $2. we spent $200 and they were only willing to refund $2.....><
    no more than $2. the quality is bad and service is even worse! the customer service knows nothing about their products. what a scam!
    people watch out for this wholesale dress.net!!!!

  25. This website is horrible, the photos are amazing the whole scheme is amazing. But I have tested their products my self 2 weeks ago I have received the products and they used the cheapest fabrics. Not only the strings are long and not cut, the sewing is not correct and the the thread used was poor quality... they pull apart in one wash.

    They used the thinest poorest quality of fabric!!!

    The white color is dirty with pen lines every where and you can't clorox or removed them. Some have holes like the rat had chewed them it was a nightmare and you cant return them because shipping is very pricey.

    I have to say that when I brought this to their attention all I got is sorry to hear that. No words that says we will try to improved etc.. The online chat are the worse rude people they make you want to cry!!!! I have ordered 24 items and 1 item that was probably some what o.k the rest was disappointing and smelled like paint thiner!!!

    It's a simple problem that they can obviously fix, but I don't think they have the desire to do it.

  30. Thank you for all this feedback! I found the link on perezhilton.com its a popular gossip site and browsed the wholesale-dress.net. It looks legit so I started putting items aside to purchase. I was a little skeptic because the items were so cheap and the shipping was ridiculous.I decided to do a little research before ordering from them I found a few reviews but, its from the same website. I continued my search and found this Blog and and found all these negative comments about this site and I'm so glad I didn't go through with my order.

  31. i am a regular costumer of W-D.net the first time i ordered from them was fantastic..i can say i am lucky at that time...after that it turned into a worst nightmare..they sent me wrong items and they also sent mostly damage items..and they will never ever sent a refund..the last time i was in that site was a total disappointment that the online personnel said that my order was sent already that morning,and they will update my account and promise to send an email providing the shipment details.but later that day i checked my account and my email and i dont get any updates,so i contacted the online operator again..and she said that they are still processing my order and they will send as soon as the items is ready.i waited for 11 days and my order is still preparing..that makes me freaking mad that THEY LIED TO ME making me believe that they have sent my order

  35. I ordered a small camera bag and the shipping was more than the bag :/
    the bag was bad quality and when it said leather it was actually a really shiny plastic :/

    wasn't very happy with it

    plus you can find alot of people from China selling on Etsy.com with the same prices and about 3-5$ shipping to usa :]

  37. Guys, there is an old saying that "cheap things will not be good things". I suggest avoiding those China-based sellers like wholesale-dress, fashion71. I had too many bad experiences with those China-based ones. You will be lucky if 30% of the things from them can be used.

    If you really want to buy, I suggest those Hongkong-based ones like JE551.com or CCT. They are honest and responsible.
